Beta Evaluation and Confidentiality Agreement
Approved beta participants receive this agreement with their acceptance email. Complete the company and authorized-signatory fields, enter your random request reference in the Application ID field, sign and return the agreement to Sales.
Before licensed access is issued
Sales verifies the signed agreement. Support then provides the installation instructions; for Professional and MSP, return the Installation ID from the intended installation so Support can provide the matching key.
Keep access private
The beta agreement covers confidential material, permitted evaluation, intellectual property and restrictions on sharing software, private links and keys. Refer to the agreement for its complete terms.
Commercial software terms
For a commercial license, request the applicable terms for the edition and purchase from Sales@ITAuditFactory.com. This page summarizes the access process; it is not a separate software license or a replacement for the agreement you accept.
