The 10 companies selected for the beta program receive their approved Professional and/or MSP editions at no charge during beta, plus one free year starting when the beta program ends. Access is reviewed, not granted automatically when you apply.

Before you apply

One application, one consistent process.

Use your company email

Apply with your first and last name, company, title and company-domain email. Consumer email services are not accepted. You may request Professional, MSP, or both.

Verify and sign

Verify your email, wait for the approval decision, then sign and return the Beta Evaluation and Confidentiality Agreement to Sales.

Complete activation

After Sales verifies the agreement, follow Support’s installation instructions. Professional and MSP require the Installation ID before Support can provide the matching key.

The one-domain and one-public-IP restriction takes effect after successful email verification. Unverified requests expire after 24 hours. A shared office or VPN address may already be in use; contact Sales for review rather than submitting repeatedly.

Apply

Beta tester application

Use your company-domain email to apply for Professional and/or MSP. Free is already a no-cost edition and is not part of the beta program.

Use your company-domain address. Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com and similar consumer domains are rejected.

After your application is saved, a confirmation page displays a random request reference. Check your company inbox for the verification email, including junk or quarantine folders. A saved request is not approval. Keep the reference for any follow-up with Sales.

Your contact details are used to review your application and administer beta access. Read the privacy notice.

Agreement and access

Keep beta software and keys private.

Approved testers must sign the Beta Evaluation and Confidentiality Agreement (PDF) and email it to Sales@ITAuditFactory.com. Include your request reference.

Support provides installation instructions after the signed agreement is verified. For Professional and MSP, return the Installation ID to Support@ITAuditFactory.com before requesting a key. Do not share software, private access links or license keys.

The 10 selected companies receive one free year of their approved Professional and/or MSP editions after the beta ends. Free is excluded from beta participation because it is already free. For commercial use after the complimentary year, see standard pricing.
