Build C31-R1 aligns release identifiers and retains C31 framework content. Professional uses bundled local PostgreSQL and the shared MSP client and backend.

Application, file and Windows Installer product versions are distinct. MSI product versions are unchanged in this consistency revision. Same-version upgrade behavior requires separate validation. C31 owner feedback confirmed frameworks installed and working; C31-R1 remains a candidate.
Install and verify
- Obtain the C31-R1 bundle through Support. Verify its SHA-256 against the delivery manifest.
- Extract the complete bundle. Run the selected INSTALL-*.cmd as administrator. The wrapper verifies package hashes and vendor signatures before installing prerequisites.
- Select Professional for local PostgreSQL, MSP Client for a connection to your MSP Server, or Free for local ISO 27001 scope.
- Verify the application build identifier and file version against the table above. Keep your existing data backed up before evaluating upgrade behavior.
