The October 6 source package reports 64 portable checks passed. Its H1 Windows build, installer generation and runtime acceptance were not run. The preceding C8 build had three native regression failures; H1 repairs those test contracts without changing application code.
4.1.6 security and support changes
The candidate adds observed PostgreSQL TLS checks, Database TLS & Recovery in Server Admin, certificate validation and explicit configuration recovery. Read-only connection tests do not provision or restart the service. Support reports distinguish API transport, authentication and database transport.
Edition and download availability
MSP 4.1.6 is the current source target. Professional has a runtime-parity acceptance blocker in the C8 source record. Current Free application source was unavailable in that record. These facts do not establish matching released installers for those editions.
