Meraki Dashboard

Configure the Network vendor/profile and API endpoint. For API-key mode, ITAuditFactory stores the secret encrypted and sends the Dashboard request using Bearer authorization. The live status stream reports secret availability, authentication start, successful organization enumeration, or the HTTP/API failure without displaying the key.

Timeouts

Network REST/Web requests use a 20-second request timeout so blocked API calls cannot leave the UI indefinitely waiting for collector startup.

Common errors

401Replace/re-save the API key; verify it belongs to the expected dashboard account.
403Check organization/network permissions.
429Rate limited; retry after the vendor interval.
DNS/TLS/HTTPS errorVerify proxy/firewall/DNS/TLS inspection and outbound access.
NO_SECRETSave the Network secret again; verify the selected auth mode requires a secret.
Network scope is independent of Server IPv4 subnets.
