MSPR68 bundled reference
All documentation / MSP / R68 bundled reference
This reference is bundled with the R68 engine and may retain earlier UI terminology. Use the current R68 installation/security guides for the new wizard and activation steps. Its procedures apply to MSP; use the separate Free or Professional guide for those editions.

Support Center

The Support Center provides local diagnostic packaging and assisted troubleshooting for IT Audit Factory.

Privacy protection. Support information is sanitized locally before it is packaged. Client data, assessment evidence, credentials, secrets, and report contents are not included or shared by the application. Nothing is transmitted automatically. Review the generated support bundle before sharing anything.

Generate sanitized support bundle

The bundle contains product/runtime information, sanitized recent application logs, safe run metadata, a safe connection-profile summary, a support request, and SHA-256 integrity information. Raw assessment evidence and report contents are excluded.

Copy support request

Copies a sanitized troubleshooting request to the local clipboard. Copying does not transmit the request.

Live Troubleshooting — Experimental. This opens the configured IT Audit Factory assisted troubleshooting session. The sanitized support request is copied locally first. The application does not automatically attach, upload, or transmit diagnostic material.

Authority boundary

Assisted troubleshooting is advisory. It does not determine scope, applicability, control status, conformity, attestation, certification, or final audit conclusions for any framework.
