100% Guided Audit Prep

Guided Audit Prep is an operating view over live assessment data. It does not create a second assessment or copy evidence. Select the client and certification program first; the selected program's pinned framework catalog determines every displayed requirement and term.

For each requirement, read the plain-language requirement and auditor expectations, confirm applicability, document implementation and ownership, upload or link evidence, create evidence requests or required records, run applicable tests, resolve deficiencies, retest and obtain review. Complete & Continue is enabled by the decision boundary: applicable requirements need implementation, sufficient linked evidence, no blocking findings and human review. N/A requires a specific justification and named reviewer.

Use Work on audit blockers to prioritize findings and evidence gaps. Reality Check explains the remaining readiness blockers and target-date risk. Preview reports generates from the same current client/program dataset. Validate & Export Auditor Package runs mandatory readiness gates before invoking the existing client-isolated auditor export with hashes and provenance.

Client privacy is mandatory. All evidence access is scoped to the active ClientId. Requirement, finding and export calls also use the active ProgramId, and the active program must belong to the active client. Cross-framework evidence suggestions may only use evidence from the same client and require confirmation; no result or conclusion is copied automatically.

"Auditor Ready" means the configured preparation gates have passed. It is not a certification or attestation conclusion. The qualified auditor retains that authority.

Required audit workpaper

For every applicable requirement, the guided path records the audit period, in-scope population, optional sampling method and size, expected result, factual observed result, evidence-quality decision, scope reconciliation, exception disposition and expiration, preparer, independent approver, and final workpaper conclusion. A sample cannot exceed its population. The preparer and approver must be different people. An accepted exception must remain current through a recorded future date.

The completion checklist is a live gate. It shows exactly why a requirement is not ready and directs the user to the next missing item. Evidence remains client-owned, and guided evidence requests are additionally tied to the active certification program.
