R61 governance and reporting
Governance projection
The Governance & ISMS workspace projects facts from the active client's active program, including scope, assets, risks, controls, findings and CAPA, evidence, assessments, incidents, policies/evidence requests, internal audits, management reviews, objectives, and suppliers. Projected values are recommendations. They never mark a clause complete.
Each clause displays the requirement and evidence guidance, evidence found, linked record identifiers, source type and time, gaps, recommended action, and stale/conflicting evidence flags. Auto-populatable, Hybrid, and Manual Governance labels explain how much source data can be projected.
Human approval
Save Draft records work without approval. Ready for Review queues a clause. Review & Approve requires a reviewer and approver and is the only action that completes the clause. Reopen returns an approved clause to active work. Not Applicable requires a recorded human rationale and review.
Report outputs
Executive and IT reports use only the active client and program. Each generation creates HTML, DOCX, PDF, XLSX, CSV, and JSON manifest files from the same in-memory snapshot. Chart values are printed next to labels and remain understandable in print and light/dark browser rendering. CSV contains data only; XLSX contains report data and chart-data worksheets.
Release status
R61 is a Windows validation candidate. R60 remains the confirmed baseline until R61 installation, upgrade, launch, governance workflow, and report generation are confirmed.
Guide basis
R68 package: Docs/R61-Governance-Projection-and-Executive-Reporting.md
Published as a website guide on 1 October 2026. Where a bundled reference is older, the version-specific guide and installed interface take precedence.
