R56 Windows validation

Validate both package states after upgrading the client and server together.

  1. Open an older assessment that has a protected server run package but lacks the central download ZIP. Confirm the Package column shows Recoverable and the audit-form package opens.
  2. Open an assessment whose upload never completed. Confirm the Package column shows Missing and the message explains that a new assessment is required without changing the historical record.
  3. Run a new Full Technical Assessment. Confirm the Package column shows Available and Open Selected Audit Form Package opens the generated audit forms.
  4. Export the current certification for an auditor. Open index.html and confirm each requirement shows its state, findings, affected asset/account, evidence links, capture metadata, integrity state, SHA-256, sufficiency, and evidence gaps.
  5. Open several evidence links from index.html and confirm they resolve inside the offline package.
  6. Confirm the database, network configuration, API keys, encryption keys, and prior assessment records remain unchanged.
