R53 lighter danger-button theme
Danger and cancellation actions now use a lighter coral red background (#F97066), a distinct hover red (#F04438), and dark red text (#3B0A07). The palette is defined consistently in Client, Server Administration, Server Setup, the Client light/dark dictionaries, and the shared runtime theme coordinator.
The change affects presentation only. Assessment execution, server state, database content, security artifacts, installer preservation, and R52 deterministic upgrade behavior are unchanged.
The user confirmed on 2026-09-23 that this R53 build passed Windows validation. R53 is the current confirmed-working baseline, with unchanged R52 retained for rollback.
